At first glance, it did not look that bad…I read the reviews and they warned that it was aweful. It was. The parking lot ceiling had leeks from the plumbing, the posts were crashed into, there was garbage overflowing from the trash cans, the checkin window was disgusting, the elevator hadn’t been working in ages, the stairs were gross with dirt and stains that hadn’t been cleaned in years. There is no PATIO! It is a dirty dump with a table and a chair to smoke with cigarette buds everywhere. The room was somewhat clean except for the toilet, tub and TV screen. The curtains were rags that were hung from hooks, and it smelled like the food that was being cooked in the lobby behind the door. The towels weee very small and stained. They never came to clean and make our bed up. We asked for our Mindy back and the owner refused.

It was quiet, beautiful view, the owners family were quite friendly. The bed was comfortable, the room came with a refrigerator and a microwave. The shower was equipped with a high pressure shower head and the water was adequately heated, which I love. Point Loma is beautiful, just a couple blocks from the fishing wharf where a lot of people can enjoy great food and some of San Diego finest photographic views. Point Loma is very popular for fishermen where you can purchase half day or full day fishing trips. Bay cruises, sunset cocktail cruises as well.

Nothing the rooms were gross the staff were very rude my boyfriend got attacked by a dog and then the manager wanted me to leave and said he would refund my trip and only refunded 15 percent the tv in my room didn't work and they don't give you towels I wouldn't stay there ever again

The bath room only had one towel, snot around the shower wall. Looked as they didn’t clean after the last guest. Bed sheets were dirty.

The room was ok, but there were no bath towels, toilet paper or soap in the room. On the same floor across from us were 4-5 rooms of homeless people that stayed with vouchers but much of their belongings were piled up in front of their rooms across from our room. They were up all night and had their doors open. We could barely sleep. We will never come back.
